Tyler Ross
Associate
Tyler Ross is a litigator with experience in state and federal courts. Tyler specializes in complex antitrust cases involving cartels, price-fixing, monopolization, and other anticompetitive practices. Prior to joining SCL, Tyler served as a law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of New York, where he focused on a complex, multi-district litigation involving novel questions of antitrust law. Prior to the clerkship, Tyler was a public defender at the Legal Aid Society, where he represented over 300 indigent New Yorkers.
Tyler graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems, served as a Student Director of the Academic Coaching Center, and was a founder of the Columbia Law & Political Economy Society. Before law school, Tyler worked as a Director’s Financial Analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington, D.C.
