In addition to the recent news that Matthew Cantor will be speaking on the “Refusals to Deal” Panel, SCL Partner Ethan Litwin will be speaking on a panel for the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting as well.
According to NYSBA, the panel will discuss recent decisions clarifying what the courts require at the pleading stage in reverse payment cases, and using the decisions as guidance in structuring Hatch Waxman settlements.
