Lily Fagin
Associate
Lily is a passionate advocate with experience in complex class action and multi-district litigations. She specializes in antitrust and consumer protection matters.
Before joining SCL, Lily worked as an Associate at a large law firm, representing industry-leading companies at various stages of litigation and arbitration.
Lily graduated from the New York University School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the N.Y.U. Review of Law and Social Change. At N.Y.U., Lily was a member of the Civil Rights Clinic, where she represented individuals and organizations in impact litigation and policy campaigns addressing racial, economic, and reproductive justice.
Lily also worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, bringing class and collective action litigation on behalf of migrant workers.
Before law school, Lily worked as a Legal Assistant at Her Justice, a New York-based nonprofit organization, and as an elementary and middle school teacher.
